AIm terms of service
These terms cover your use of AIm, the workout journal at aim-journal.com that you connect to your AI assistant. By creating a journal or connecting an assistant to it, you agree to them.
What AIm is
AIm stores the workouts, programs, goals and body metrics that you or your assistant send to it, computes figures such as personal records, estimated one rep max and training volume from them, and shows them in a web app. The assistant you connect (Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client) is a separate service with its own terms; it writes the answers and plans you see in the chat.
Your account
Your email address is your account; there is no password. You open the app with the sign-in link we email you, and an assistant connects only after you confirm it in the AIm window. Keep the sign-in link private: anyone who has it can read and change your journal. If it leaks, reissue it in the app under Profile, Reissue link.
You are responsible for what you and the assistants you connect write to your journal.
Acceptable use
Use AIm for your own training journal. Do not try to access another person's journal, get around the limits on sign-up, sign-in or connections, overload or attack the service, or store unlawful content. We may suspend an account that does, and where we can we will tell you why.
Your data
Your training data is yours. AIm uses it only to run the service, as the privacy policy describes. You can export all of it at any time as an Excel or JSON file from Profile in the app. You can delete a single workout in the app or through your assistant. To delete your account and everything in it, send the request from Profile in the app (Delete account) or write to contact@aim-journal.com from the email address your journal uses.
Not medical advice
AIm is a training log, not a medical service. Numbers, estimates and plans shown by AIm or by an assistant using AIm are general fitness information, not medical advice, and they do not diagnose pain or injuries. Estimated one rep max and muscle load are estimates calculated from your logged sets.
Talk to a doctor before you start or change a training program if you have a heart condition, chest pain, dizziness, a bone or joint problem, or take medication. Stop training and get medical help if you feel chest pain, dizziness or sharp pain. You decide what to do with any plan, and you train at your own risk.
Availability and changes
We work to keep AIm running and back up the database every day, but we cannot promise that the service will always be available or work without errors. Features may change or be removed. When these terms change, we update this page and the date above.
Liability
AIm is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, the operator of AIm is not liable for indirect losses or for injuries resulting from training decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
